Understanding Federal Laws & Programs

  • We help you communicate the required annual Medicare Part D credibility of your group medical plan to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
  • We help you disclose the Annual Notice of Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 (CHIPRA) information to your associates.
  • We evaluate FMLA, COBRA and State Medical Insurance Continuation rules for eligibility. We will help you implement proper processes and notifications of rights to your associates.
  • We understand the rules for implementation of, and timing of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).  PCORI, 1094 & 1095 filing will be developed for your plan as necessary.
  • If applicable, we gather Schedule A information for the completion of your annual Form 5500 filings.
  • We’ll evaluate your requirements for filing or services for this offered via your insurance plan provider.
